Passing the Baton…

Treasured Team,

The time has come for me to formally announce that Janet Campen has officially taken on the position of the Preschool Ministry Director at Flamingo Road Church Cooper City Campus. Some of you may have noticed that she mentioned that this weekend from the stage as she spoke about Family Dedication (which is coming up on Mother’s Day weekend at ALL our campuses…including our Internet Campus). (She did a fab-u-lous job, by the way, didn’t she?)

God has done a mighty work here in the Preschool Ministry at Flamingo Road Church and I have had the privilege for four years to lead, develop, train, mentor, and really stretch each and every one of you to reach your God Potential. I have a terrific opportunity to move to the Membership department as the new Membership Pastor for Flamingo Road Church. I am super excited about the potential that this has for me, for the church, and for my family.

I will still be around to see you all each and every weekend!!! My prayer is that you all would embrace this and really pray for and support Janet as she steps in to take this ministry to the next level. I truly believe that God had this all planned out long before any of us even became aware of it….He is just that good.

Thank you all for your prayers, your love, and your support…it has been my honor to serve with you in such an awesome ministry. I am looking forward to partnering with you through Membership to help you reach your God Potential through baptism, membership, and Small Groups.
