Nothing is Impossible for God

Man, I just LOVE that picture. It helps me to remember (because I sometimes struggle with this) that nothing is impossible with God. What we have to do is take our LEAP OF FAITH and trust that HE will be there with us. It is one thing to ask God what YOU want for your life, it is another whole thing to ask God what HE wants for your life.

In Laurie Beth Jones book, “Jesus Life Coach”, she says this…”Jesus came not to reinforce your comfort zone, but to set your old small-minded ways on fire.” In Luke 17:33 it says “Whosoever shall seek to save his life shall lose it.” Then Laurie goes on to say “But if you are willing to give up the ground of everything that you know, and follow the way that he will show you, you will be given blessings beyond your wildest imaginings.”

Here’s what I know…doing God’s work is not easy, it is not profitable (by earthly standards), and it is not glamorous, but it is absolutely the MOST AMAZINGLY rewarding work you will ever be a part of. I have to remind myself that nothing is impossible for God, and if HE brings me to it, He most certainly will bring me through it…and here’s another thing…I know that I am not the only one who struggles with stuff, so here’s what I have to tell you…

Whatever you are doing right now know that God has you there for a reason, and no matter how tough it is, how frustrating it is, how much you want to quit, walk out, leave, run away, or just wish it away…God has a plan for it…ask Him, pray to Him, seek Him in all you do…because truly, Nothing is Impossible for God!
