There are many ways to lead.
Not everyone should feel the need to be the team captain. Successful leaders can also be found using such leadership abilities as public speaking or administration skills or interpersonal skills (people skills).
In fact, mastering people skills is one of the most challenging leadership tasks of all.

Please, run do not walk, to get this book if you have a child that has leadership skills or that you would like to develop leadership skills in. I just read today on page 250 of this same book…”you have three choices in life; lead, follow, or get out of the way.” Which one will your child choose?

Mel, this is an interesting book. Can you tell me, does it address the aspect of servanthood? Is there a section on that?
Blogging for fun, not stress!! I totally needed that today!! While I have all kinds of thoughts in my mind to write at the moment I felt ‘pressure’ and very stressed about the face that I was so far behind on my reading. Over 100 post to catch up on in Google reader to be exact!! Half way through! I don’t think I’ll let it go that long again…if I can help it! 🙂
