Wordless Wednesday – Mr. Peanut

This is what you do (as a mom) when your child wants “extra credit” points in Spanish III class…you make a pinata. It started out as a snowman, but the bottom balloon didn’t make it (and we made this thing THREE times) so we moved on to Mr. Peanut.
Here’s Mr. Peanut in all his glory. After a three day transformation it was nice to finally see him completed and shipped off to school!

I’m not sure who was more excited about finally finishing this project me, or my son! Ha!

  3. Isn’t that funny? We did the same thing when DS 2 was in Spanish. Now, we didn’t make Mr. Peanut. Nope. We made Bob the Tomato from Veggie Tales.

I think your peanut is adorable!! And trust me, it’s more intricate than Bob ever was!

    🙂 Susan

  4. I love it! Anyone could have came up with a snowman but how many people would have came up with Mr. Peanut? That is awesome. You get mom of the year!
