It’s TIME for a new week

Ecclesiastes 3
A Time for Everything

1 There is a time for everything,
and a season for every activity under heaven:

2 a time to be born and a time to die,
a time to plant and a time to uproot,

3 a time to kill and a time to heal,
a time to tear down and a time to build,

4 a time to weep and a time to laugh,
a time to mourn and a time to dance,

5 a time to scatter stones and a time to gather them,
a time to embrace and a time to refrain,

6 a time to search and a time to give up,
a time to keep and a time to throw away,

7 a time to tear and a time to mend,
a time to be silent and a time to speak,

8 a time to love and a time to hate,
a time for war and a time for peace.

It’s so funny that in my pursuit of Him that He continues to show me just what I need each and every day. Today my head has been wrestling with there is so much to do with so little time and yet there is this complete peace that it is all covered in His TIME.

I.Just.Love.That…don’t you?

Today, as you start to plan your day, your week, or even the rest of your month take a moment and give it over to the One who really is in charge of the Time. Let Him guide you to what He wants you to focus on, give your day over to Him, and the enjoy the blessings of being obedient to His plan for your Time.

I can’t wait to see just what HE has in store for all of us this week!

It’s great to “see” you again. After a long break from my blog, I’m starting something new over there today. I’d love for you to join in. Your perspective is always so refreshing.

  3. I really try to remember to do this every morning. But sometimes life seems to get in the way. It’s always a good reminder. Thanks, friend.
